The Blakey Breakthrough is the program I wish I had when I was getting started (combined with my over 8,000 hours working with clients over 40 to make it the exact program that works for you).
The Blakey Breakthrough Program is a 3 month program designed exclusively for adults 40+ who want to improve the three pillars of healthy aging:
All with zero gym or experience required and using just resistance bands and bodyweight.

Educational Sessions To Help You For Life
We dive deep into the science of exercise to help you thrive throughout the rest of your life.
There is a lot we cover but we break it down over the course of the program to give you digestible tidbits throughout program.
While your consistency will determine the ultimate results of the program, This program is designed and priced at a point that you can continue it for life (should you choose).
With decreasing muscle mass being detrimental to your future quality of life, muscle development is a key focus of the program.
Mobility and flexibility is essential for being able to continue doing the things you love later in life. We do stretching and mobility work during every session.
Resistance bands allow us to incorporate additional stability work into each exercise. With the muscle contractions of each exercise promoting bone health benefits.
