Just a set of resistance bands and a space as big as a yoga mat -- YES, THAT'S IT. When you sign up you'll be sent an email that also has a link to the set I use personally during our sessions.

Not really! The only requirement is that you should be able to get up and down off the ground. We limit the number of transitions from standing to floor -- you might start standing and finish on the ground, or vice versa.

Yes! This program was specifically built for people who are either just getting started or returning after a long break. Every movement can be modified, and I coach you through it in real-time during our live sessions. You'll never feel left behind -- and you'll likely feel more confident each week.

A guaranteed spot in the private enrollment window running August 9--15. During that window, only deposit holders can sign up -- the program isn't open to the public yet. As long as you complete your enrollment during that window, your spot is guaranteed.

No problem -- you're not obligated to complete your enrollment. The $25 deposit is non-refundable as it holds real capacity in the program, but there's no further commitment until you choose to enroll during your window.

Our last three cohorts sold out within 2--3 days of opening. The deposit system is how we give serious people a fair shot at getting in before it fills up again.

Every workout is low-impact, knee-safe, and joint-friendly -- with options to adjust difficulty up or down depending on your body. We prioritize mobility, stability, and proper form so you can build strength without pain or injury.

No problem -- every live session is recorded and uploaded into the private Facebook group. You can watch it whenever it works for you. Many clients find this even more flexible than in-person training.

Each workout lasts about 30--40 minutes. They're designed to be short, efficient, and easy to stick with -- perfect if you're busy or working around a tight schedule.
