I lost over 40 pounds and had to relearn how to move, train, and rebuild my energy — not on paper, but in real life, with a real schedule, and real challenges. Over the last decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, and logged more than 8,000 hours working directly with adults over 40. This isn’t a niche I stumbled into — it’s a population I’ve committed my career to serving.
